Pascale Bouchard-ENCAUSTIC PAINTER
Art, technique and creation have inspired him since his youth. In 2012, the discovery of encaustic was revealing and very enriching in his artistic evolution. She has become more familiar with this marvelous technique dating from the Middle Ages, which allows her a lot of textures, movements, fades in colors and layering/depth. Under themes approaching nature, this set of possibilities offers him many opportunities to develop his subjective creativity. At the same time, she can sometimes integrate acrylic into the base (with collage and texture) as well as other mediums such as watercolor, drawing, and ink. The combination of all these techniques helps him to define HIS ART - HIS SIGNATURE, by the decomposition of the plans and the fluidity of the elements between them. she draws on her images and feelings to develop her creative projects. Always through color, line and composition, everything speaks to her and leads her to a totally personalized and intuitive expression!
Having made a final choice, she allows herself to currently devote all her time to nourishing her intuition and developing a taste for healthy living, all in harmony (body - soul and spirit) by dealing with her occupations as the mother of two young boys, of a woman entrepreneur and … an Artist!
Line Sanneville Exhibition
Exhibition from April 2 to June 1, 2020
Already, from an early age, she was particularly fond of drawing and writing poems. During her secondary studies, she enrolled every year in the plastic arts option where she had the chance to explore different mediums. During her teenage years, she began to paint small projects while continuing to draw.
She participated in various drawing and poetry competitions where some were rewarded. In 2011 she participated in the Thousand Words of Love competition where one of her letters was selected for publication of the 8th box 2012.
Nature is and will always be a great source of inspiration. She is particularly fond of trees, their strength, their unique character, their roots firmly anchored in the ground._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ This nature teaches her, guides her, nourishes her.
Thanks to the medium of painting, she tries to translate everything she transmits to her. All these emotions that are born through her writing, she lets them take shape and color. Whether on canvas, on wood, on fabric or on slate, she likes to slide her brushes and let the magic happen. Working with texture adds depth to your work.
Being an ''artist'' is wonderful. Vibrating through art helps you open up to its beauty.
She wishes that, when you look at her works, you will be able to hear all her poetry.
She is happy to introduce herself to you today.
